We collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address when you voluntarily provide it through our booking forms, contact forms, or coupon request forms. This information is used solely to process your bookings, communicate with you about your events, and improve our services.
We send text messages only to people who have given us their mobile number and expressly opted in. We ask for two separate consents, and you can give either one without the other:
Each has its own checkbox, neither is ticked for you, and neither is ever a condition of booking, buying, or receiving a quote from us. Declining promotional texts does not affect the service messages about a booking you have placed, and declining both does not affect your booking at all. You can opt in on any form on this website, during checkout, or by texting us first.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any purpose. Mobile numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf (our messaging platform and telecom carriers), strictly so the message you asked for can reach you.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages, or HELP for help; you can also email info@fomobounce.com or call (561) 728-1660 and we will remove your number. Opting out of texts does not cancel a booking, and we may still contact you by email or phone about an event you have booked with us. See our Terms of Service for the full SMS program terms.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law or protect our or others' rights, property, or safety. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
All payment transactions are processed through Square, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following: users can visit our site anonymously. Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page or at minimum on the first significant page after entering our website. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word "Privacy" and can be easily found on the page specified above.
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13. While our rental services are designed for children's events, all bookings must be made by adults (18+).
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices, should a data breach occur, we will notify affected users via email within 7 business days.
We collect your email address in order to send information, respond to inquiries, and/or process orders. In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link in its footer; clicking it removes you from all promotional email immediately. You may also email us at info@fomobounce.com and we will promptly remove you from marketing correspondence. Transactional messages related to a booking you place (order confirmations, receipts, and delivery updates) may still be sent as needed to fulfill your order.
