This information is used solely to process your bookings, communicate with you about your events, and improve our services.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law or protect our or others' rights, property, or safety.
All payment transactions are processed through Square, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following: users can visit our site anonymously. Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page or at minimum on the first significant page after entering our website. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word "Privacy" and can be easily found on the page specified above.
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13. While our rental services are designed for children's events, all bookings must be made by adults (18+).
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices, should a data breach occur, we will notify affected users via email within 7 business days.
We collect your email address in order to send information, respond to inquiries, and/or process orders. In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link in its footer; clicking it removes you from all promotional email immediately. You may also email us at info@fomobounce.com and we will promptly remove you from marketing correspondence. Transactional messages related to a booking you place (order confirmations, receipts, and delivery updates) may still be sent as needed to fulfill your order.
